Already a NYS certified Emergency Medical Technician? Want to recertify? At the Irvington Volunteer Ambulance Corps, located in beautiful Westchester County New York, we offer the Emergency Medical Technician Basic Refresher course. Our EMT Refresher Courses offer the student the opportunity to challenge both the written and practical aspects of the program, to determine attendance. We use a variety of methods to refresh our students in the National Educational Standards, in preparation for the NYS EMT written exam. Our EMT-Basic Refresher course is held concurrently with our EMT-Basic Original courses, every spring, summer and fall. To enroll, you must have a NYS EMT certification number, current or expired.
