The Irvington Volunteer Ambulance Corps ( IVAC) was founded in the spring of 1963. This is our 61st year of service to

Irvington and our neighboring villages as well.

Currently there are 22 members of which 13 are NYS Certified EMT's.

 

IVAC responds to over 400 calls a year, and our membership continues to serve 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.

 

IVAC is looking for volunteers to help continue this vital service.

At IVAC, we are also a NYS DOH EMS training center, and have been for over 30 years. We currently offer the NYS Emergency Medical Technician Course 3 times a year.
